There are those days that seem like a mountain ahead that has to be climbed and staying in bed seems like a better option. Let's contemplate what if the mountain was even bigger tomorrow because of the lack of progress today? What if there was a wonderful oasis on the other side? You will never know if you don't climb it. It is your choice. Make the decision to move forward in your life today, empower yourself knowing that with movement comes opportunity to change.
